How Long Will My Delivery Take?
We generally post daily between 8-9am via Hermes or Royal Mail we use other services such as UPS for larger orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard deliveries within the UK. For Europe International orders we use UPS please allow 2-7 working days to receive orders and other International orders please allow 10 -20 days. If your delivery does not arrived after 5 working days do not hesitate to contact us using the contact us section.

Please Note we are unable to issue refunds/replacements on items which have not been sent out via registered/recorded/signed for delivery including international post. Be sure to choose the option which best suits your area . Thank you.
For Europe international Deliveries we generally send all items out via UPS and have and fees will vary depending on your location. Your item once sent out in this manner should arrive approximately between 2-7 working days, has a tracking and is insured. Please note you are responsible for any duty charges imposed by your country if any.

Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
Should in case you wish to cancel a purchase of any item you may do so within 24hrs from the time you placed your ordered and we will refund your money.
We accept returns will refund your money, please do however communicate with us first if any problems and we will do our best to resolve issue. Should you wish to return please do so within 7 working days of receipt of order simply send an email to email@example.com to arrange and we will refund your money via the same method in which you had purchased the item excluding postage to return.
For damaged or faulty item claims must be submitted within 3 working days after receipt of your delivery by email. We cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 3 working days after the delivery date. To obtain a refund or replacement please keep both the item(s) and the box or shipping materials for www.suezbana.co.uk or the courier to examine. If not claims against the carrier will not be impossible nor will we be able to recompense you. Replacements will be sent following inspection.
For exchanges we are only able to do so on items which are sealed and they also have to be returned for exchange within 7 working days UK & 14 days International orders. Please note the customer is responsible for postage on return – so please retain proof of postage or your tracking number.
